Sales Coordinator

Sky Global is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join its Customer Success Team. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Sales Coordinator role is designed for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, team environment.  From clients to vendors to team members, the ideal candidate is a seasoned communicator and time management aficionado who is looking to take their communication talents to the right organization.

Must-haves:

  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable being on the phone and externally facing as required 
  • Process oriented 
  • General understanding of how software is built
  • Success in previous Sales Administration/Customer Service positions in a Software environment
  • Energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm

Nice-to-haves:

  • Related post secondary education
  • Experience using CRM (Hubspot preferred) and other office productivity tools
  • Exposure to marketing Campaigns
  • Excel Proficiency
  • Exposure to web analytics and data analysis
  • Interest in computer security, encryption, privacy, blockchain, and related areas
  • Track record of high achievement

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the VP of Revenue Operations, will assist the team in:

  • Assist Channel Management/Sales team in partner acquisition campaigns by conducting prospecting to qualify leads and booking sales meetings
  • Maintain a database of sales contacts for partner acquisition
  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in generating and creating departmental reporting
  • Coordination and management of internal company projects 
  • Assist with customer problems as required 
  • Coordinate projects cross department 
  • General sales administrative activities to support the team
